Description

Audio-Technica ATH-M40 with shielded silver-plated copper recable, Blu-tack stabilisation and extra isolation (that means no street noise, almost, ever).

The bronzey stuff inside Techflex braiding is industrial shielding braid, and the actual headband wires can be seen (those yellow/green wires are SPC teflon-coated AWG 24).

Have you noticed the little white pieces of cloth covering the ports? I wonder what that does to the sound if removed?
